mc999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You open multiple Accounts or use the Account for purposes other than personal entertainment
• You engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other Players

Upon termination for violation of terms, mc999 may confiscate Account balances, void pending bets, and pursue legal action if necessary. Accounts closed in good standing will have balances refunded after deducting any applicable fees or charges.
